A truck in development
Boone is in development. Specifications, performance figures, pricing, equipment, colors, configurations, images and timelines on this site are development targets. They are not final, certified or guaranteed, and they may change without notice. Images are development renders and may differ from production vehicles.
Reservation terms
- A reservation costs $30 and is fully refundable. It holds a place in line for the opportunity to order a Boone when ordering opens.
- A reservation is not a purchase, an order, or a contract to buy a vehicle. It does not lock in a price, configuration, delivery date, or delivery.
- Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms.
- Reservations are fully refundable. You can cancel and receive a full $30 refund at any time before you place a vehicle order, for any reason. Contact us to request a refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Reservations are personal and may not be resold or transferred unless Boone agrees in writing.
Supporting the build
- You can add an optional amount to support Boone's development, with or without a reservation.
- Support payments are voluntary contributions to Boone Trucks, a business. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
- Support payments are not an investment or a loan. They do not give you ownership, equity, profit sharing, rewards, a vehicle, or any priority beyond what a reservation provides.
- Support payments are non-refundable. If you reserved and supported in the same payment, your $30 reservation stays fully refundable; the support amount does not.
Our name and content
The Boone name, logo, badge, truck designs, images and text on this site belong to Boone Trucks. You're welcome to share links to the site. Please don't copy, modify or use our marks or content commercially without permission.
No warranties
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate but don't guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Boone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability relating to a reservation will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
